Charles A. Lynskey: 27-April-99
Hello, my name is Carole Lynskey. I live in New Zealand. My great-great grandparents eloped from Belfast, Ireland in 1865.
His name was John Morrow, apparently a son of a mill owner. Her name was Ellen Euston, a maid at the mill and of course their relationship was frowned upon, so they eloped to Auckland New Zealand. My mother has all in the information from then on - and hey, I even remember my great-grand
mother Annie, who was the first daughter of John and Ellen.

While in NZ I found information on Ann Theresa Lynskey nee Moran's death via
the Genealogical Research department at Auckland which read
Mrs Lynskey Her Body Found At Mount Eden Auckland.  It would appear that Ann
Lynskey went out from her home The Avenue, Mount Eden at 3am scantily clad
without shoes or her hat to see the Priest.  A Miss Coffey advised her that
if she returned home the Priest would come to her home but was found hours
later dead.  Her husband Edward Lynskey advised that Mrs Lynskey on the
previous day had complained of pains to her head.  She was interred in the
Roman Catholic Cemetery in Mt Eden.

While in Gisborne I worked for 15 years at the Cook Hospital as the Nursing
Administration Secretary, then at Ryan Lynch and Lynch Accountants and both David Fraser Electrical Wholesalers and Ideal Electrical Wholesalers before working with Michael at our business the Makaraka Dairy and Bakery (1987)  which Michael and I owned and have leased out.  We now work in real estate Michael as a Real Estate salesman and myself as the sales support manager.  We are in a partnership with another couple running Century 21 Central Realty (Mt Gravatt).
