Hi to all the Lynskey families, it has been quite some time since I was last on this sites.
I am still searching information on my family from Walhalla, Victoria Australia. My great grandparents were Patrick Lynskey and Margaret McGrath, they arrived in Australia in 1858 ish, Patrick was born in 1833 County Galway, I'm not sure where Margaret is from. It would be great to hear from anyone who has a link to me.
I hope that I can fill in some missing pieces to my story and find out who else I am related to.

Alice Linskay

Hello,

My Alice Linskay/Linskey/Lynskey etc married William Paton/Paten/ etc in Bathurst, NSW Australia in 1842. I think she may be Alice or Eliza Danaher married Thomas Lynskey in Sydney 1837. She married again in 1852 to John Smith so her death certificate states Alice Smith, father Lynsky. Her son inlaw Samuel Thornberry was the informant on the death certificate. I know that one of her daughters was married to Samuel Thornberry so 100% sure it is the Alice I am trying to trace. Would appreciate any help.
